Semur Lidah – Ox-tongue Semur

Bahan/ingredient:

1 buah lidah sapi/ 1 ox-tongue
2 cm jari jahe /ginger
2 lbr daun salam/2 pcs bayleaves
3 sdm kecap manis (sesuaikan)/2 tbs dark and sweet soy

Bumbu dihaluskan/ground spices:

4 bwg putih/garlic
6 bwg merah/shallot
1 -2 cabe merah besar buang biji/big red chilli, seedless
1 sdm gula aren, disisir/1 tbs brown sugar
1/2 sdt pala/ nutmeg 1/2 tsp
1/4 sdt merica/pepper 1/4 tsp
Garam secukupnya/salt

Pelengkap/compliment:

Sambal terasi dan bawang goreng utk taburan. Shrimp paste Chilie sauce and fried shallot
Soun/fermicelli

Cara/Method:

1. Rebus bahan lidah dgn jahe utk menghilangkan amisnya selama 10menit, buang airnya. boild ox-tongue with ginger around 10 minutes.
2. Rebus lg hingga lunak dgn daun salam, iris2. Boil for 2nd times with bayleaves until tender, slices
3. Tumis bumbu halus smp harum dan masukkan ke kuah. Stirfry the finely ground spices and add into the soup.
4. Siap disajikan dgn pelengkap. Serve with compilement
