Daging Tahu Bumbu Bali – Beef & Tofu in Balinese Spice 

Bahan/Ingredients:
500 grm daging rendang, iris dan rebus hingga 1/2 matang. Beef rendang, slices and boil halfdone
1 tahu besar, potong2, goremg 1/2 kering. Bing tofu, slice and fry
1 sereh, keprak, Lemongrass, crush
5 daun jeruk. Lime leave 5 pcs
1 daun salam, Bay Leave 1 pcs
300 ml air kaldu daging. Beef Broth
2-3 sdm minyak sayur utk menumis. 2-3 tbs vege oil

Bumbu dihaluskan/ Ground Spices:
5 cabe merah beras, buang biji. 5 Big red chilie, seedless
4-5 rawit merah (optional), 4-5 pcs chilies (optional)
5 bwg merah . Shallot
6 bwg putih. Garlic
1 sdt ketumbar. Coriander 1 tbs
1 cm jahe. Ginger
1 cm lengkuas. Galagal
1 sdm gula merah. Brown Sugar 1 tbs
1 sdt trasi, bakar. Shrimp Paste 1 tsp
1/2 sdm kecap manis (sesuaikan). Dark Soy 1/2 tbs
1 sdt garam (sesuaikan). Salt 1 tsp

Cara/Method:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis daun jeruk, daun salam dan sereh, dan bumbu halus, tumis hingga wangi dan warna menjadi merah matang, masukkan daging dan tahu, aduk hingga rata. Heat Vege oil. stirfry finely spices, add lime leave, bay leave and lemongrass until fragrants and finely red, add beef and tofu, stir……
2. Masukkan kaldu, aduk rata dan masak hingga air menyusut. Add beef broth, stir and cook until the water  was reduced.

Note:
Bisa juga daging diganti bandeng (digoreng dulu sblm di proses). Beef can be change with Milkfish (fry the milkfish before process)
