Chicken Bistik

**4 porsi

Bahan/Ingredient:
300 grm filet ayam bag dada, lumuri kecap asin, lada, beg putih bubuk (1 bwg putih parut), ngohiong dan tepung sagu. 300 grm filet of chicken chest, coat soy sauce, pepper, white powder bag (1 grated white BWG), ngohiong and corn starch

Pelengkap/Compliment:
2 wortel, potong memanjang, rebus dgn garam.carrots, cut lengthwise, boiled with salt
2 kentang, iris tipis di goreng kering or diiris memanjang, rebus. potatoes, thinly sliced fried dried or sliced lengthwise, boiled
1/2 kaleng Pinto Beans. 1/2 can of Pinto Beans
100 grm buncis/snaps
2 sdm/tbs unsalted butter

Tepung pencelup basah/Batter:
30 grm terigu/flour
30 grm tpg beras/rice flour
70 ml air dingin/cold water
1/3 sdt/tsp baking soda
Sedikit garam dan lada. A little salt and pepper

Saus Bistik/Steak Sauce:
2 bawang merah. 2 grated shallot
4 bawang putih. 4 grated garlic
1/4 sdt garam. 1/4 tsp salt
1 sdm gula merah. 1 tbs brown sugar
1/8 sdt lada hitam bubuk. 1/8 tsp blackpepper powder
1/8 sdt pala. 1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 sdm kecap manis. 1 tbs dark soy sauce
5 bunga cengkeh. 5 cloves
150 ml kaldu aya. 150 ml chicken broth
Tpg sagu+air utk pengental. corn starch and water for thickening

Cara/Method:
1. Daging ayam yg sdh dilumuri bumbu dan tpg sagu simpan 2 jam di kulkas. Chicken meat that has been coated in spices and corn starch save 2 hours in the refrigerator
2. Panaskan butter, tumis bwg merah dan bwg putih, masukkan bumbu lain tumis hingga harum tambahkan air/kaldu dan kentalkan. Heat butter, sauteed red baanwg and garlic, saute enter other spices until fragrant add water / broth and Thicken
3. Panaskan minyak dan celupkan ayam fillet ke dlm bahan pencelup, dan goremg hingga kecoklatan,Heat the oil and dip the chicken fillets to smb dyes, and goremg until browned
4. Sajikan bersama pelengkap serta siram dgn sauce bistik.Serve with complementary and flush with steak sauce.
