Durian Choco Pudding

Florence’s Durian Choco Pudding Recipe
Bahan/Ingredient:
1 bungkus agar2 plain (swallow globe). 1 sachet of jelly plain (swallow globe)
500 ml fresh milk plain
200 ml whipping cream cair/liquid
100 ml air matang/water
20 grm choco powder
150-200 grm gula (sesuaikan)/sugar
Daging buah durian/ Durian flesh
Cara/Method:
1. Aduk fresh milk, whipping cream, air, agar2 dan choco powder hingga rata. Stir fresh milk, whipping cream, water, jelly and choco powder.
2. Didihkan diatas api, setelah didih masukkan gula, aduk rata sebentar. Bring to a boil over the fire, after boiling put sugar and stir briefly
3. Siapkan cetakan pudding, basahi air agar mudah melepaskan. Prepare pudding mold, wet water for easy release.
4. Siapkan piring besar beri air dingin, letakan cetakan diatas air, tuang 1/2 bag cetakan tunggu 1 menit ambil 1/2 sdm daging durian dan letakkan diatas pudding, dan siram dgn adonan pudding hingga tertutup rata. Prepare a large plate give cold water, put the mold above the water, pour 1/2 bag mold wait 1 minute to take 1/2 tbsp durian meat and place it over the pudding, and the pudding batter until flush with average closed
5. Simpan di kulkas 1 jam, keluarkan dr cetakan taruh di piring saji. Bila suka bisa disiram dgn vanila vla. Store in refrigerator 1 hour, remove the mold dr put it on a serving plate. If love can be watered with vanilla custard.
