Kare Telur- Eggs Curry

Kare Telor – Eggs Curry
Bahan/Ingredients:10 telor, rebus, sayat bag putihnya. 10 Boiled Eggs, make a incision in the white egg
1 sereh, keprak. Lemongrass, crush
2 daun salam, bay leave 2 pcs

4 daun jeruk. Lime leave 4 pcs
600 ml santan encer.  600 ml Light Coconut Milk
200 ml santan kental.  200 ml Heavy Coconut Milk
300 ml air matang. water
Bumbu dihaluskan/ground Spices:
6 bwg merah.  6 Shallot
4 bwg putih. 4 Garlic
2 kemiri. 2 Haselnut
1 cm jahe. 1 cm Ginger
1 cm lengkuas. 1 cm Galangal
1/4 sdt lada. 1/4 tsp Pepper
3 cm kunyit, bakar. 3 cm Tumeric, grill
1 cm kencur.  1 cm Kencur(aromatic ginger)
1 sdt ketumbar bubur .  1 tsp Coriander powder
Cara/Method:
1. Didihkan air dan santan encer, masukkan telur rebus, bersama sereh, daun jeruk dam daun salam. Boiled the water and light Coconut milk, add eggs, lemongrass, lime leave and bay leave.
2. Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi, masukkan ke dlm sup rebusan telor , rebus hingga telur berubah warna dan air menyusut. Saute ground spices until fragrant , and add ground spices into egg soup , boiled until the egg changes color and shrink water
