Mie Hokkian – Hokkian Noodle

Bahan/ingredient:
1 bungkus mie kuning besar basah. 1 large yellow noodle wrap wet
2 batang besar sawi, potong 2 cm. 2 large stem mustard, cut into 2 cm
1 bwg swana, iris ambil bag putihnya saja. Swana 1 onion, sliced ​​white part only

3 sdm minyak utk menumis (aku pakai minyak babi).For sauteing 3 tablespoons oil (I use lard)
2 telur, kocok lepas, 2 eggs, beaten off

Bumbu/seasoning:
1-2 sdm kecap manis. 1-2 tbs dark soy sauce
1 sdm kecap asin. 1 tbs soy sauce
1 sdm kecap raja rasa. 1 tbs soy sauce Raja Rasa
2 sdt minyak wijen. 1 tsp sesame Oil
1 sdm saus tiram. 1 tbs oyter sauce
1/2 sdm arak xao xing. 1/2 tbs chinese white wine Xao Xing
1/2 sdt lada hitam bubuk. 1/2 tsp blackpepper powder

Cara/Method:
1. Bumbui ayam dgn 1 sdt kecap asin, 1 sdt kecap raja rasa dan sedikit lada hitam bubuk, sisihkan. Seasoning the chicken with 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and a little taste of the king of black pepper powder, set aside
2. Panaskan minyak. Masukkan telur kocok, bikin orak arik, sisihkan di tepi wajan, masukkan bwg putih tumis hingga harum, masukkan daging ayam, tumis hingga berubah warna masukkan jamur hioko, aduk rata. Heat the oil. Note:
1. Bisa menggunakan daging ayam or babi. can use chicken or pork
2. Minyak bisa menggunakan minyak sayur or minyak babi(hrs diakui dgn minyak babi lbh enak). Oil can use vegetable oil or lard (admittedly with lard better)
3. Kalo suka manis, tambahkan kecap manis sesuai selera. If like sweet, add soy sauce to taste
4. Kalo masak bicap, ada sisa kuah, bisa dipakai masak mie hokkian dan bihun goreng. If cooking bicap, no leftover gravy, can be used to cook noodles, glass noodle and vermicelli
