Cha Yen – Bakwan Goreng

 Cha Yen – Baso Goreng 

Bahan/ingredient:
350 gr daging babi. 350 gr pork
100 gr lemak babi. 100 gr lard
150 gr daging udang. 150 gr shrimp, skinless
400 gr tpg sagu. 400 gr corn strach
5 btr telur. 5 pcs eggs
1 sdt baking powder. 1 tsp baking powder

Bumbu/seasoning:
3 sdm kecap asin. 3 tbs soy sauce
5 siung bwg putih, parut halus. 5 grated garlic
1 sdm minyak wijen. 1 tbs sesame oil
1/4 sdt lada bubuk. 1/4 tsp white pepper
1 sdt ngohiong bubuk. 1 tsp five spice powder
1 sdt garam. 1 tsp salt.
1 sdm kecap ikan. 1 tbs. Fish sauce.

Cara/method:
1. Cincang daging b2, lemak B2 dan daging udang. Finely chop pork, lard and shrimp.
2. Campur dgn telur, tpg sagu dan bumbu. Mix with eggs, corn strach and seasoning
3. Panaskan minyak utk menggoreng. Preheat oil for deep fry.
4 . Gunakan 2 sendok utk membentuk bulatan, masukkan dlm minyak panas, dan kecilkan sedikit apinya. Use 2 spoon for make balls, add balls into hot oil, fry with small fire.

5. Goreng cha yen smp mengembang kira2 20-25 menit. Fry Cha Yen until rise up, around 20-25 minutes.

Saus cha yen ala Florence/Cha Yen sauce ala Florence:
3 sdm saus sambal botol. 3 tbs chilli sauce
1 sdm sambal ulek. 1 tbs grated chili
3 siung bwg putih parut. 3 grated garlic
1/4 sdt garam. 1/4 sdt salt
Gula dan cuka sesuai selera.
A bit sugar and vinegar
100 ml air. 100 ml water

Semua bahan direbus. Boil sauce
