Bubur Sumsum – Sweet Rice Porridge

Bahan bubur/porridge ingredient:

100 gr tepung beras. 100 gr Rice Flour

1/2 sdt garam. 1/2 tsp salt

3 lbr daun pandan. 3 pcs pandan leaves

650 ml santan dr 1 butir kelapa. 650 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut

Bahan Saus Gula Merah/Brown Sugar Sauce:

2 lbr daun pandan. 2 pcs pandan leaves

100 ml air. 100 ml water

200 gr gula merah. 200 gr brown sugar.

Cara/Method:

1. Membuat bubur sumsum/how to cook sweet rice porridge:

* bagi santan dlm 2 wadah. Santan bagian 1 rebus dgn daun pandan dgn api kecil.

Seperate coconut milk in to 2 containers . 1 part coconut milk boiled with pandan leaves with a small fire.

* campur santan di wadah ke 2 dgn tepung beras dan garam, aduk hingga rata.

Mix coconut milk in the 2nd container with rice flour and salt , mix well

* bila panci 1 berisi santan sdh mendidih, masukkan larutan santan ke 2 aduk rata, hingga mengental. When pot 1 that contain coconut milk boils, add coconut milk on the syyecond pot to other pan, stir well until thickened , turn off the heat , let cool

2. Didihkan bahan saus, dinginkan. Boil sauce ingredient, let cool

3. Sajikan bubur sumsum dingin dgn saus gula merah. Serve Sweet Rice Porridge with brown sugar sauce
