Kerang & Petai Pedas – Spicy Blood Clams & Petai 

Bahan/Ingredients:

250 gr Kerang darah. 250 gr blood clams.

20 petai, belah. 20 Petai, cut on 2.

4 bwg merah, iris. 4 shallot, slices.

2 bwg putih, iris. 2 garlic, slices.

1/2 sdm cabe merah halus. 1/2 tbs ground big red chilli.

7 cabe rawit, iris. 7 small red chillies, slice.

1 daun salam. 1 bay leaf

2 sdm minyak sayur. 2 tbs vge oil

Bumbu/Seasoning:

1/2 sdm kecap manis. 1/2 tbs dark soy sauce.

2 sdt kecap asin. 2 tsp soy sauce

1/8 sdt lada hitam bubuk. 1/8 tsp grated black pepper.

1/2 sdm saus tiram. 1/2 tbs oyster sauce.

Cara/Method:

1. Cuci kerang, tiriskan. Wash clams, drain.

2. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bwg merah & putih, cabe merah halus dan daun salam, tumis hingga harum. Masukkan petai, aduk, masukkan cabe rawit dan kerang serta semua bumbu, aduk dna masak sekitar 5 menit. Heat oil, add shallot & garlic, bay leaf and ground big red chilli  saute until fragrant. Add petai, stir, add small chillies and blood clams, stir 2 minutes, add all seasoning, stir and cook around 5 minutes.

3. Letakkan ke piring saji, place in serving dish.
