Rujak Buah – Rujak Fruits

Bahan/Ingredients:

1 mangga muda indramayu,  iris.

1/4 pepaya muda, iris

1 nanas madu, potong

250 gr buah kali asem, potong

Bumbu/seasoning:

5 sdm gula merah. 5 tbs brown sugar

1 sdm gula pasir. 1 tbs granulated sugar

10 cabe rawit (sesuaikan). 10 small chillies (adjust)

2 cabe merah beras, buang biji. 2 big red chillies, seedless

3 sdm air asam. 3 tbs tamarin water.

1/2 sdm terasi. 1/2 tbs shrimp paste

350 ml air. 350 ml water.

Cara/Method:

1. Blender semua bahan bumbu kedalam blender. Blend  all ingredients of seasoning.

2. Campur bumbu dgn buah. Mix seasonibg and fruits.

3. Nikmat dimakan dingin saat siang or sore hari. Delicious eaten cold during the day or in the afternoon.
