Tom Yum Fried Rice

Utk 2 porsi. For 2 pax

Bahan/Ingredients:

2 porsi nasi putih. 2 pax rice.

30 gr toge. 30 gr bean sprout.

12 ekor udang ukuran sedang (6 ekor utuh  dan 6 potong kecil2). 12 pcs shrimp medium size (6 pcs a whole shrimp and 6 pcs cut small),

1 ekor cumi, kupas dan bersihkan, iris bulat. 1 pcs squid, peel the skin and wash, slice horisontaly.

1 cabe merah besar, iris bulat. 1 big red chilli, slice.

1 cabe hijau besar, iris bulat. 1 green big chilli, slice horisontaly.

2 sdm pasta tom yum. 2 tbs tom yum paste, Slice horisontaly.

2 bwg putih, cincang. 2 garlic, chop.

2 sdm minyak. 2 tbs oil.

Kerupuk. Cracker

1. Bumbui udang dan cumi dgn 1/2 sdm arak xao xing, sedikit lada hitam bubuk, 1 sdt kecap ikan, 1 sdt kecap raja rasa dan 1 sdt kecap asin, sisih dan diamkan 20 menit. Marinate shrimp and squid with 1 tbs wine xao xing, a bit grated black pepper, 1 tsp fish sauce, 1 tsp raja rasa sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, set aside and let stand for 20 minutes

2. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bwg putih, tumis hingga harum. Heat oil  add garlic, saute until fragrant.

3. Masukkan udang dan cumi, aduk hingga berubah warna, masukkan nasi dan pasta tom yum, aduk rata, masukkan cabe dan toge, aduk rata. Add shrimp and squid, stir until changing color, add rice and tom yum paste, stir well, add chillies and bean sprout, stir well.

4. Letakkan diatas piring saji, hias dan sajikan bersama krupuk. Place on serving diah, garnish and serve with cracker.
