*sajian perporsi. Serve for a pax.

Bahan/Ingredients:

75-100 gr pasta.

1 ltr air utk merebus pasta. 1 ltr water for boiling pasta.

2 sdt garam utk merebus pasta. 2 tsp salt for boiling pasta.

3 sdm minyak sayur. 3 tbs vege oil.

2 bwg putih, iris halus. 2 garlic, finely slice.

3-5 cabe rawit, iris. 3-5 pcs chillies, slices or paprika or  chilli flake.

Sedikit lada hitam. A bit grated black pepper

2 sdm olive oil. 2 tbs olive oil.

Cara/Method:

1. Didihkan 1 ltr air, 2 sdt garam dan 3 sdm minyak sayur, masukkan pasta dan rebus hingga matang, tiriskan. Simmer 1 ltr of water , 2 tsp of salt and 3 tbs vegetable oil, the pasta and boil until cooked, drain.

2. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bwg putih dan cabe/paprika, aduk 30 detik, masukkan pasta dan topping, aduk 30 detik, siap disajikan. Heat oil, add garlic and chilli/ paprika, stir 30 seconds, add pasta and topping , stir 30 seconds , ready to be served

Topping:

Sausage, smoke beef, mushroom (fresh champinon, fresh shiitake), SEI, Shrimp, etc
