Mama’s Fried Rice

Utk 1 porsi. For 1 pax

Bahan/Ingredients:

1 porsi nasi putih. 1 portion rice

20 gr toge. 20 gr beansprout

1 sosis, iris. 1 sausage, slice

1 telur, kocok. 1 beaten egg

2 sdm minyak. 2 tbs oil

Bumbu halus/ground spices:

3 bwg merah. 3 shallot

1 bwg putih. 1 garlic

2 cabe merah besar, buang biji. 2 big red chilies, seedless.

3 cabe rawit. 3 chillies

1/2 sdt garam. 1/2 tsp salt

Cara/method:

1. Haluskan semua bahan bumbu. Finely ground all ingredients of spices

2. Panaskan minyak, masukkan telur kocok, aduk & sisihkan. Heat oil, add beaten egg, stir & set aside.

3. Masukkan bumbu halus tumis hingga harum, masukkan sosis, aduk, masukkan nasi,  aduk rata, masukkan toge, aduk. Add ground spices, saute until fragrant, add sosis, stir, add rice, stir well, add beansprout, stir.

4. Sajikan dlm piring saji. Serve in serving dish.

Note:

Nasi Goreng ini sangat cocok utk sarapan dan nasi goreng ini adalah favoriteku yg resepnya original dr mamaku tercinta. I love U mama…..U always in my heart….
