Angelhair Cheese Sauce

*untuk 1 porsi. For 1 pax

Bahan/ingredients:

75 gr angelhair pasta.

1 lt air, 2 sdt garam & 2 sdm minyak sayur utk merebus pasta. 1 ltr water, 2 sdt salt & 3 tbs vege oil.

1/4 buah red paprika, potong kecil. 1/4 pcs red paprika, cut small size.

1 buah bawang bombay mini, iris. 1 pcs mini onion, slices.

5 udang, kupas, rebus dgn air dan garam, sisihkan. 5 shrimp, skinless, boil in water and salt, set aside.

Sedikit lada hitam bubuk. A bit grated black pepper.

2 sdm Cheese Sauce by Aneka Pie – Surabaya. 2 tbs Cheese Sauce by Aneka Pie – Surabaya.

1/2 sdm duck fat/olive oil/canola/vege oil. 1/2 tbs duck fat/Olive oil/Canola/vege oil

Cara/Method:

1. Didihkan air, minyak sayur dan garam, masukkan angelhair pasta, rebus 3-4 menit, tiriskan. Boil water, vege oil and salt , put angelhair pasta , boil 3-4 minutes, drain.

2. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bwg bombay aduk hingga harum, masukkan paprika, aduk. Masukkan pasta, lada hitam dan cheese sauce, aduk rata. Heat oil, ads onion, stir until fragrant, add paprika, stir. Add pasta, black pepper and cheese sauce, stirwell.

3. Sajikan diatas piring saji dgn udang rebus,  taburi parmesan parut dan dry parsley. Serve on serving plate wtih boil shrimp, springkle with grated parmesan and dry parsley.
