Jamur Krispi – Mushroom Crispy

JAMUR 🍄 KRISPI – MUSHROOM 🍄CRISPY

Bahan/ingredients
300 gr Jamur Tiram putih, cuci dan sobek2. 300 grmwhite oyster mushroom, wash and torn.

Bahan pencelup/dipping ingredients:
150 gr terigu beras. 30 gr rice flour.
175 ml air es. 175 ml cold water.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
1 sdt bawang putih bubuk. 1 tsp garlic powder.
⅛ sdt lada bubuk. ⅛ tsp pepper powder
½ sdt ngohiong bubuk. ½ tsp five spices powder.
½ sdt kunyit bubuk. ½ sdt powdered turmeric.

Cara/Method:
1. Cuci jamur, peras dgn tisue dapur double2, lakukan sebanyak 3-4x utk menghasilkan jamur krispi. Wash mushrooms, squeeze with double tisue kitchen, doing as much as 3-4 times to produce the crispy mushrooms
2. Campur bahan pencelup, sisihkan. Mixwell all dipping ingredients, set aside.
3. Panaskan minyak dlm jumlah byk (deepfry), celupkan jamur satu persatu kedalam adonan pencelup dan masukkan dlm minyak panas. Heat oil in quantities much (deepfry). Dipping mushroom one by one into dipping batter and enter jnto hot oil.
4. Goreng hingga keemasan dan tiriskan. Fried until golden and strain.
5. Taburi dgn bumbu Taiwanese Crispy Chicken sebelum disajikan. Sprinkle rith Taiwanese Crispy Chicken spices before serving.
