Mushroom & Pig Stomach

Bahan/Igredients:

1 pak jamur shimeji. 1 pack shimeji mushroom.

1/2 bag lambung babi (boleh diganti babat sapi). 1/2 pcs pig stomach (can be change with beef tripe)

1 cabe merah beras, iris. 1 red big chillie, slice.

2 bwg putih, cincang. 2 garlic, chop.

1 btg bawang daun, slice. 1 stalk leek, slice

1 sdm minyak

200 ml air panas. 200 ml hot water

Bumbu/Seasoning:

1/2 sdm saus tiram. 1/2 tbs oyster sauce.

1/2 sdm kecap asin. 1/2 tbs spy sauce.

1/2 sdm kecap raja rasa. 1/2 tbs raja rasa sauce.

1/4 sdt lada hitam bubuk. 1/4 tsp grated black pepper.

2 sdt minyak wijen. 2 tsp sesame oil.

1/2 sdm arak xao xing. 1/2 tbs wine xao xing

Cara/Method:

1. Cuci bersih dan rebus lambung babi hingga empuk, sisihkan. Wash and boil pig stomach until tender, set aside

2. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bwg putih, tumis hingga harum, masukkan jamur shimeji, dan lambung babi, masukkan air dan bumbu, aduk hingga didih, masukkan bawang daun dan cabe. Kentalkan dgn larutan maizena dan siap disajikan.

Heat oil, add garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, add shimeji mushroom and pig stomach,  add the water and seasoning , stir until boiling, add leek and chillies. Thicken with cornstarch solution and ready to serve.
