Nasi Sayur Jawa-Javanese Vegetable Rice

Utk 4 porsi. For 4 pax

Bahan/ingredients:

4 porsi nasi. 4 portion rice
100 gr mie basah. 100 gr fresh noodle
1 ikat sawi hijau, cuci dan potong 2 cm. A bundle of mustard greens, wash and cut 2 cm.
1-2 sdm kecap manis.1-2 tbs dark soy souce
30 ml kaldu atau air. 30 ml broth or water.
1 sdm minyak goreng utk menumis. 1 tbs oil for stirfry
2 sdm bumbu dasar mie kluntung. 2 tbs kluntung noodle basic spices.

Pelengkap/complimentary:
2 telur rebus. 2 boil eggs
1 sdm bwg merah goreng utk taburan. 1 tbs fried shallot for springkle.
1 potong ayam goreng (bumbui garam dan lada, digoreng). 1 pcs fried chicken (marinate with salt and pepper, fried)

Cara/Method:
1. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bumbu dasar mie kluntung, masukkan batang sawi dan kaldu, tumis 3 menit, masukkan daun sawi,  mie basah dan kecap manis, masukkan suwiran daging ayam, aduk rata hingga daun sawi lemas. Heat oil, add kluntung noodle basic spices, add the stem mustard and broth, stir-fry 3 minutes, add mustard leaves, fresh noodles and  dark soy sauce, add shredded chicken meat and stir until limp mustard leaf.
2. Saran penyajian/how to serve:
Tuang sayur diatas nasi, beri irisan telur dan taburan bwg goreng, cabe rawit dan acar timun.
Pour vegetables over rice, put egg slices and a sprinkling of fried onions, cayenne pepper and pickled cucumber.
