Semprit Sagu Lemon – Sagoo Lemon Cookies

Bahan/Ingredients:

600 gr tpg Sagu. 600 gr Sagoo Flour

350 gr butter tawar. 350 gr unsalted butter

200 gr gula halus. 200 gr fine granulated sugar.

3 kuning telur. 3 egg yolks

60 ml krim kental. 60 ml heavy créam

2 sdt air lemon. 2 tsp lemon juice.

1 sdm lemon zest, parut halus. 1 tbs lemon zest, finely grated

1/2 sdt garam. 1/2 tsp salt

100 gr keju edam parut halus. 100 gr grated edam cheese

Cara/Method:

1. Sangrai tepung sagu selama 15 menit dgn api kecil, sisihkan. Roasted sagoo flour for 15 minutes with a small flame, set aside.

2. Panaskan oven 150 C. Oles loyang dgn mentega, sisihkan.

Preheat the oven to 150 C. Grease a baking pan with butter and set aside .

3. Mixer high speed butter, gula dan garam hingga lembut. Masukkan telur, mixer terus. High speed mixer butter, sugar and salt until smooth. Add the eggs, mixer continues.

4. Mixer slow speed masukkan tepung sagu dan keju, aduk rata, masukkan krim kental, air lemon dan lemon zest, aduk rata dan matikan mixer.

Slow speed mixer add sago flour and cheese, stir,  add heavy cream, lemon juice and lemon zest stir and turn off the mixer.

5. Masukkan adonan kedalam plastik segitiga beri spluit bintang, semprotkan di atas loyang hingga adonan habis. Taburi keju edam parut. Add the mixture into a pipingbag give spluit star , spray on a baking pan until the dough runs out. Springkle with grated edam cheese

6. Oven selama 25 menit. Dinginkan. Angkat dan simpan dlm toples kedap udara. Oven for 25 minutes, chill. Remove and store in an airtight jar .
