Cake Tape Singkong – Fermented Cassava Cake


Bahan/ingredients:
300 gr tape singkong. 300 gr fermented cassava.
60 gr susu kental manis (SKM). 60 gr condensed milk.
150 ml minyak sayur. 150 ml salad oil
100 gr gula pasir. 100 gr granulated sugar.
200 gr tpg serba guna. 200 gr all purpose flour
6 butir telur. 6 eggs
1 sdt baking powder. 1 tsp baking powder.
40 ml krim kental. 40 ml heavy créam.
50 gr Keju cheddar parut (utk taburan). 50 gr Grated Cheddar Cheese (for sprinkle)

Cara/method:
1. Blender tape singkong, SKM dan minyak dgn food processor smp lembut. Sisihkan. Blender fermented cassava, heavy sweet milk with food processor until soft, set aside.
2. Panaskan oven. Mulai proses mixer dgn high speed telur, gula, hingga mengembang. Preheat oven. Star process with beaten eggs and1. Blender tape singkong, SKM dan 50 ml minyak dgn food processor smp lembut. Sisihkan. Blender fermented cassava, condensed milk and 50 ml oil with food processor until soft, set aside.
2. Panaskan oven. Mulai proses mixer dgn high speed telur, gula, hingga mengembang. Preheat oven. Star process with beaten eggs and sugar high speed, until fluffy.
3. Turunkan kecepatan mixer ke slow speed dan masukkan tepung yg sdh dicampur baking powder sedikit demi sedikit hingga rata, masukkan tape singkong dan aduk hingga rata, masukkan fresh milk dan minyak sayur, aduk rata. Switch mixer speed to slow, add flour, baking powder, step by step until done, add blended fermented cassava, stir well, add heavy créam and salad oil, stirwell
4. Siapkan cetakan 20-22 cm oles dgn mentega. Prepare round pan 20-22 cm spread with butter
5. Tuang adonan ke dlm loyang adonan dan tuburi dgn keju cheddar parut dan oven 180 C selama 40-45 menit. Pour the batter into the pan, sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and baking 180C for 40-45 minutes.
6. Biarkan 80% cake dingin. Pindahkan ke piring dan potong utk disajikan. If cake 80% cold, place on the plate, cut and serve.
