Thai Mushroom Mango Salad

Mushroom Manggo Salad

Bahan/ingredients:
20 gr jamur hitam, rendam air panas, iris halus. 20 gr black mushroo., soak on hot water, finely slice
1/2 buah mangga muda, iros memanjang. 1/2 pcs young manggo, julienne.
3 cabe rawit, iris. 3 pcs chilipadi, slice.
1 sdm daun ketumbar. 1 tbs cilantro.
1 sdm kacang tanah or mede, sangrai. 1 tbs roasted nuts or cashewnut.
Minyak utk menggoreng. Oil for deepfry.

Saus thai/Thai Sauce:
1 sdt kecap ikan. 1 tsp fish sauce.
1 sdt air lemon. 1 tsp lemon juice.
Gula secukupnya. Some sugar.
2 sdm air. 2tbs water

Bahan pencelup/batter:
3 sdm terigu serbaguna. 3 tbs all purpose flour
1 sdm tpg beras. 1 tbs rice flour
1/4 sdt baking powder
Garam dan lada secukupnya. Some Salt and pepper
60 ml air dingin. 60 ml cold water

Cara/Methods:
1. Panaskan minyak untung mengoreng. Heat oil for deepfry
2. Celupkan jamur ke adonan tepung, dan goreng hingga keemasan. Dip mushroom on batter and deepfry until golden brown.
3. Campur semua bahan saus. Mix all sauce ingredients
4. Letakkan jamur goreng diatas piring, beri mangga dna siram saus dan taburi daun ketumbar, cabe dan kacang. Siap disajikan. Place fried mushroom on plate and add manggo and pour the sauce, springkle with cilantro, chilipadi and nuts. Ready to serve
