Cakwe Ayam & Udang – Chicken & Shrimp Cakwe

Bahan/ingredients:
5 cakwe medan, potong bagi 4 dan sisihkan. 5 pcs Medanese Cakwe, cut on 4 and set aside.
150 gr udang kupas. 150 gr shrimp, skinless.
150 gr daging ayam giling. 150 gr ground chicken.
50 gr tpg sagu (cap Tani). 50 gr sagoo flour (farmer brand)
1 ltr minyak utk menggoreng. 1 ltr oil for fry

Bumbu utk isian/seasoning for filling:
3 bwg putih. 3 cloves garlic.
2 sdt xao xing (sesuai selera). 2 tsp xao xing wine(optional)
2 sdt minyak wijen. 2 tsp sesame oil.
1/2 sdt ngohiong bubuk. 1/2 tsp five star powder.
1/2 sdm kecap asin. 1/2 tbs soy sauce.
1/2 sdm kecap raja rasa. 1/2 tbs raja rasa sauce.
1/2 sdm kecap ikan. 1/2 tbs fish sauce.
1/4 sdt lada hitam bubuk. 1/4 tsp ground black pepper.
2 sdm daun ketumbar, cincang. 2 tbs cilantro, chop.
1 telur ayam kampung. 1 farmer chicken egg.

Saus sambal:
1 sdt sambal cabe rawit. 1 tsp sambal chilipadi.
2 bwg putih cincang halus. 2 cloves garlic, finely chop.
1 sdt gula. 1 tsp sugar.
1/4 sdt garam. 1/4 tsp salt.
100 ml air. 100 ml water.
1 sdm plum sauce (lee khum khee). 1 tbs plum sauce (ee khum khee)
1 sdt air lemon. 1 tsp lemon juice.
1 sdt maizena. 1 tsp corn flour

Cara/Method:
1. Campur daging ayam, udang, tpg sagu dan semua bumbu dlm food prosesor. Mix chicken, shrimp, sagoo flour and all seasoning and process with food procesor.
2. Olesan adonan diatas cakwe. Spreat mixturing on cakwe.
3. Rebus bahan saus sambal dan sisihkan.
4. Panaskan minyak, goreng cakwe hingga kecoklatan. Heat oil, fry cakwe until cook.
5. Sajikan dgn saus sambal. Serve with chilli sauce
