Asem-Asem Bandeng -Milkfish in Sour Soup

Bahan/ingredients:
1 ekor bandeng cabut duri belah 4 bagian. 1 pcs milkfish thornless, cut on 4.
3 bwg putih. 3 garlic
4 bwg merah. 4 shallot.
2 cm jahe. 2 cm ginger.
3 cm kunyit. 3 cm turmeric
6-10 cabe rawit. 6-10 chilipadi.
100 gr blimbing sayur, iris. 100 gr starfruit vege, slice.
1000 ml air. 1000 ml water.
1-2 sdt garam (sesuai selera). 1-2 tsp salt (to taste)

Cara/Methods:
1. Tusuk bwg merah, bwg putih, jahe dan kunyit tanpa dikupas dgn tusuk bambu, dan bakar hingga harum. Pricker with bambu skewer shallot, garlic, ginger and turmeric with the skin, and grill until fragrant.

2. Rebus air, kupas bwg putih, bwg merah, jahe dan kunyit, cabe rawit dan masukkan ke air mendidih bersama blimbing sayur, boil water, pell off garlic, shallot, ginger and turmeric and chilipadi, add into the boiling water.
3. Masukkan bandeng dan garam. Masak 10 menit. Dan siap dihidangkan panas. Add milkfish and salt. Cook around 10 minutes. Ready to serve HotStar

Note:
Ikan Bandeng dapat di ganti dgn ikan patin. Milkfish can be change with catfish.
