Hamjoikon Babi- Pork Hamjoikon

Pork Hamjoikon

Bahan/ingredients:
100 gr hamjoikon rebus smp 30 menit dgn api kecil dan tiriskan. 100 gr hamjoikon (chinese dry vege), boil with simmer around 30 minuter and strain.
100 gr daging babi, pot kecil. 100 gr pork, small cut
2 bwg putih, cincang. 2 chopped garlic.
1 buah cabe merah besar, iris. 1 pcs red chili, slice

Bumbu/seasoning:
1/2 sdm xao xing. 1/2 tbs xao xing.
1/2 sdm kecap asin. 1/2 tbs soy sauce
2 sdt kecap raja rasa. 2 tsp raja rasa soy sauce.
Lada hitam bubuk secukupnya. Some ground black pepper.
1 sdt kecap ikan. 1 tsp fish sauce.
2 sdt minyak wijen. 2 tsp sesame oil.
1 sdm minyak. 1 tbs oil.
100 ml air. 100 ml water

Cara/methods:
1. Panaskan minyak. Masukkan bwg putih, tumis hingga harum. Masukkan babi, tumis hingga berubah warna, masukkan hamjoikon, air dan bumbu, kecilkan api, masak hingga air menyusut. Heat water, add garlic, saute until fragrant. Add pork, saute until change color, add hamjoikon, water and seasoning, use small fire to cook, until the water reduce.
2. Pindahkan ke wadah dan kukus sekitar 1 jam. Place on other dish and steam around 1 jam
