Buta No Wakibara Niku Shionegi – Pork Belly with Green Onion

Bahan/ingredients:
300 gr samcam babi, iris tipis. 300 gr pork belly, finely slice
4 btg daun bawang kecil, iris. 4 stalk green onions, slice.

Bumbu/seasoning:
1/2 sdt garam. 1/2 tsp salt
1 sdm mirin. 1 tbs mirin.
1/4 sdt lada hitam bubuk. 1/4 tap ground black pepper.

Cara/methods:
1. Campur babi dan bumbu, dan diamkan selama 20 menit. Marinade pork belly and let stand for 20 minutes
2. Panaskan teflon, masukkan babi dan tumis hingga berubah warna, tambahkan daun bwg, aduk rata, dan siap dihidangkan. Heat teflon, add pork belly and stir until changing color, add green onion, stir. And ready to serve
