Ayam Goreng Bawang Putih – Garlic Fried Chicken

Bahan/ingredients:
1 ekor ayam ukuran sedang, potong 12 bagian. 1 pcs chicken medium size, cut on 12 part.
10 siung bwg putih, keprak bersama kulit. 10 cloves garlic, crust with the skin.
1 sdm maizena. 1 tbs corn strach.

Bumbu/seasoning:
15 siung bawang putih kupas. 15 garlic, peel off the skin.
4 buah bwg merah, kupas. 4 pcs shallot, peel off the skin.
1/2 sdt garam. 1/2 tsp salt.
1/4 sdt lada hitam bubuk. 1/4 tsp ground black pepper.
1 sdm xao xing (bisa tdk pakai). 1 tbs shao shing. (can be skip)
1/4 sdm saus tiram. 1/4 tbs oyster sauce
1 cm kunyit. 1 cm tumeric.
2 cm jahe. 2 cm ginger road
1/2 sdt ngohiong. 1/2 tsp five spice.
1 sdt minyak wijen. 1 tsp sesame oil.

Cara/Methods:
1. Haluskan bumbu dan campur dgn ayam, aduk rata. Ground and mix seasoning with chicken, stir.
2. Masukkan maizena dan bwg putih keprak, aduk rata. Dan diamkan di kulkas minimal 2-3 jam. Add corn strach, and crusted garlic, stir well. Refrigerate minimal 2-3 hours.
3. Goreng ayam bersama potongan bwg putih keprak hingga kecoklatan. Frying chicken and crusted garlic until brown.
4. Siap disajikan. Ready to serve.
