Salad Ubur-ubur – Jellyfish Salad

Bahan/ingredients:
250 gr ubur2, cuci dgn air mineral, hingga rasa asin hilang, tiriskan 250 gr, jellyfish, wash with mineral water until saltiness, drain.
1/2 buah cabe merah, potong kecil2. 1/2 pcs red bell pepper, small cut.
1 sdm daun ketumbar. 1 tbs colantro.

Bumbu/seasoning:
1 sdm kecap asin light kikkoman. 1 tbs kikkoman light soy sauce.
1/2 sdm minyak wijen. 1/2 sdm sesame oil.
Lada bubuk secukupnya. Some ground pepper.
2 sdt kecap ikan. 2 tsp fish sauce
2 cm jahe muda parut. 2 cm grated young ginger.
1 sdm shu. 1 tbs shu/japanese salad vinegar.

Cara/method:
1. Campur bumbu. Mix seasoning.
2. Campur bumbu dgn ubur2, cabe dan daun ketumbar. Mix seasoning with jellyfish, chili and cilantro.
3. Sajikan dingin. Serve cold.

    C mau nanya. Ubur2 ini kl dihoky kan kering. Trus pknya gmna? Aku perna bl ubur2 kering trus tak rendam air panas jd nya kyk karet gt.pdhl aku sk sekali salad ubur2. Ditunggu petunjuknya c heheheee
