Potato Boats

Bahan/ingredients:
2 buah kentang ukuran besar. 2 pcs potatoes big size.
2 sdm créam cheese. 2 tbs créam cheese.
2 sdm krem kental. 2 tbs heavy créam.
Garam dan lade secukupnya. Some salt and pepper.
2 sdm keju mozarela parut. 2 tbs grated mozarela cheese.
2 sdm keju cheddar merah parut. 2 tbs grated red cheddar.
1 sdm keju chedar parut. 1 tbs cheedar cheese.
2 buah tomat cherry, belah. 2 pcs tomato cherry, cut in the middle.

Cara/Methods:
1. Cuci kentang, kukus 30 menit. Belah 2 bagian. Wash potatoes, steam for 30 minutes. Cur true the middle.
2. Keruk perlahan bagian tengah kentang. Haluskan dan campur kentang yg dikeruk dgn garam, lada, krim kental dan créam cheese, taruh kembali diatas kentang. Carve out the middle part of the potato. Soften it and mix with salt, pepper, thick cream, and cream cheese, put it back in the potato.

3. Taburi diatasnya dgn mozarela, red cheddar, cheddar dan potongan tomat cherry. Sprinkle with mozarela cheese, red cheddar, cheddar and tomato cherry on top.
4. Panggang dgn airfryer suhu 160C selama 10 menit. Bake with airfryer 160C for 10 minutes.
