Sup Iga Babi Kacang Merah – Red Bean Pork Ribs Soup

Bahan/ingredients:
500 gr iga babi. 500 gr pork ribs.
250 gr kacang merah segar. 250 gr fresh red bean.
1000 ml air. 1000 ml water.
1 sdm kecap asin. 1 tsb soy sauce
1/2 sdm kecap raja rasa. 1/2 tsb raja rasa soy sauce.
2 sdt garam. 2 tsp salt.

Bumbu/spices:
6 siung bwg putih. 6 cloves garlic.
1 sdt lada hitam butir. 1 tsp black pepper corn.
1/2 buah pala, keprak. 1/2 pcs nutmeg, crust
6 buah adas. 6 fennel
4 buah kapulaga. 4 pcs cardamon.
4 buah pekak/buang lawang. 4 pcs star anis.
2 cm jahe, keprak. 2 cm ginger, crust.
5 btg seledri. 5 stems celery.

Pelengkap/Complimentary:
Sayur pocai rebus. Boiling vegge Pochai
Nasi putih. Rice
Cabe rawit + kecap asin. Chilipadi + soy sauce

  • Cara/Methods:
    1. Rebus air, masukkan iga babi, buang buih yg menggambang. Boiling water, add pork ribs. Throw out the floating foam.
    2. Masukkan bumbu kedalam kantung herbal dan masukkan ke dalam sup iga, masukkan pula kacang merah. Rebus hingga iga empuk. Add seasoning herbs into the bag and insert it into the soup ribs, red beans also enter. Boil until tender ribs.

3. Sajikan dgn nasi, sayur rebus dan saus kecap cabe. Serve with rica, boiling vegge and chilipadi soy sauce.

Note:

Iga Babi dapat diganti dengan iga sapi
