Bihun Goreng – Fried Vermicelli

Bahan/ingredient:
2 buah bihun kering (merk Erawan), rendam dan tiriskan. 2 pcs dry vermicelli, soak and drain.
2 batang besar sawi, potong 2 cm. 2 large stem mustard, cut into 2 cm
100 grm daging ayam iris spt korek api. 100 grm chicken slices like matchsticks
100 gr udang. 100 gr shrimp
4 bwg putih, cincang halus. 4 garlic, finely chops.
3 sdm minyak utk menumis (aku pakai minyak babi).For sauteing 3 tablespoons oil (I use lard)
2 telur bebek, kocok lepas, 2 duck eggs, beaten off

Bumbu/seasoning:
1 sdm kecap jamur. 1 tbsp mushroom soy sauce
1 sdm kecap asin. 1 tbs soy sauce
1 sdm kecap raja rasa. 1 tbs soy sauce Raja Rasa
1/2 sdm kecap ikan. 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 sdt minyak wijen. 1/2 tbsp sesame Oil.
1 sdm saus tiram. 1 tbs oyter sauce
1/2 sdm arak xao xing. 1/2 tbs chinese white wine Xao Xing
1/2 sdt lada hitam bubuk. 1/2 tsp blackpepper powder

Cara/Method:
1. Bumbui ayam dan udang dgn 1 sdt kecap asin, 1 sdt kecap raja rasa dan sedikit lada hitam bubuk, sisihkan. Seasoning the chicken with 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp raja rasa soy sauce soy sauce and a pitch of  black pepper powder, set aside
2. Panaskan minyak. Masukkan bwg putih tumis hingga harum, masukkan daging ayam dan udang, aduk rata hingga berubah warna, masukkan telur kocok. Heat the oil, add and saute garlic until fragrant, add chicken and shrimp, stir-fry until it changes color, add beaten egg.
3. Masukkan xao xing, aduk rata, masukkan bumbu lain,  dan batang sawi, serta bihun, masak hingga bihun lemas, masukkan daun sawi, aduk hingga sawi lemas, angkat dan sajikan.
Enter xao xing, stir, add another condiment and mustard stems, cook as well as vermicelli, cook until limp, add the mustard leaves, stir until limp cabbage, lift and serve


Note:
1. Bisa menggunakan daging ayam or babi. can use chicken or pork
2. Minyak bisa menggunakan minyak sayur or minyak babi(hrs diakui dgn minyak babi lbh enak). Oil can use vegetable oil or lard (admittedly with lard better)
3. Kalo masak bicap, ada sisa kuah, bisa dipakai masak mie hokkian dan bihun goreng. If cooking Sweet Pork, can be used to cook noodles, glass noodle and vermicelli
