Tumis Pare Udang – Sàute Bittergourd Shrimp

Bahan/ingredients:

2 buah pare, buang biji dan iris tipis. 2 pcs bittergourd, seedless and finelyslice.
12 ekor udang kupas kulit. 12 pcs shrimp skinless.
2 siung bawang putih, iris. 2 cloves garlic, slice.
1 buah bwg merah, iris. 1 pcs shallot, slice.
Kecap asin dan lada bubuk secukupnya. Some soy sauce and ground pepper.
3-4 cabe rawit, iris. 3-4 chilipadi, slice
20-30 ml air. 20-30 ml water.
2 sdm minyak sayur. 2 tbsp veggie oil

Cara/methods:
1.Remas2 pare dan lakukan sebanyak 3-4x utk mengurangi rasa pahitnya. Squish bittergourd and do it around 3-4 times to reduce bitterness.
2. Panaskan 2 sdm minyak sayur, masukkan bwg merah dan bwg putih, tumis hingga harum. Heat 2 tbsp veggie oil, add garlic and shallot,sàute until fragrant.
3. Masukkan udang, cabe dan pare, tambahkan air bertahap, hingga pare matang. Add shrimp, chilipadi and bittergourd, add some water step by step until bittergourd cook.
4. Tambahkan kecap asin dan lada bubuk. Add soy sauce and grates pepper
5. Siap disajikan. Ready to serve
