Salad Babat Sapi – Beef Tripe Salad

Bahan/ingredients:
500 gr babat, bersihkan. 500 gr beef tripe, clean.
1000 ml air. 1000 ml water.
Daun ketumbar. Cilantro

Bumbu utk merebus/spice for boiling:
4 cm jahe, keprak. 4 cm ginger, crust.
6 buah bunga lawang/pekak. 6 pcs star anis.
6 siung bawang putih. 6 cloves garlic.
1 sdt lada hitam butir. 1 tsp black pepper corn.
6 buah bunga cengkeh. 6 pcs cloves.
2 cm kayu manis. 2 cm cinnamon.

Bumbu salad/salad seasoning:
½ sdm kecap asin. ½ tbsp soy sauce
1 sdt kecap ikan. 1 tsp fish sauce.
1 sdt kecap raja raja. 1 tsp raja rasa soy sauce.
2 sdt minyak wijen. 2 tsp sesame oil.
1 sdt minyak bawang. 1 tsp garlic oil.

Cara/method:
1.Masukkan bumbu kedalam kantung bumbu. Add spices into spices bag.
2. Rebus air bersama bumbu, bila sudah mendidih masukkan babat dan rebus hingga babat empuk. Iris dan sisihkan. Boiling water with spices, if boiling already, add beef tripe, cook untulk tripe tender. Slice and side aside.
3. Campur bumbu utk salad. Mix seasoning for salad
4. Campur rata babat dan bumbu salad, taburi daun ketumbar. Mix well beef tripe and salad seasoning, sprinkle with cilantro
