BOLU KETAN HITAM – BLACK STIKY RICE CAKE

Ini resep hasil racikanku. This is my improved recipe.

Bahan/ingredients:
6 butir telur. 6 pcs eggs.
225 gr gula merah. 225 gr brown sugar.
225 gr tepung ketan hitam. 225 gr black sticky rice flour.
160 gr minyak sayur. 160 gr veggie oil.(if you using butter 225gr)
1 sdt vanilla. 1 tsp vanilla extrac.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.

Cara/method:
1.Panaskan oven 180C. Kocok dgn kecepatan tinggi telur hingga ½ mengembang, masukkan gula merah, kocok smp mengembang. Preheat oven 180 C. Beat the eggs with the high speeds of up to ½ times risen up, pour brown sugar, beat until fluffy.
2. Gunakan kecepatan terendah, masukkan tepung ketan hitam dan garam bertahap. Using lowest speed, gradually add the black glutinous rice flour and salt.
3. Kocok terus, masukkan vanila dan minyak goreng hingga tercampur rata. Continue whisking while pouring cooking oil and vanilla until well blended.
4. Oles loyang silikon dan tuang adonan kedalam loyang (kalo pakai loyang sponge cake tanpa olesan). Oven selama 30-35 menit. (cek cake dgn tusuk sate). Spread butter all over the silikon pan and pour the batter(if using sponge cake pan no need to spread with butter). Bake for 30-35 minutes.(check your cake with skewer)
5. Keluarkan dr oven dan dinginkan, potong2 dan siap disajikan. Remove from oven and let cool. After that slice and ready to be served .
