SUP BAKSO SUMSUM – MEATBALL AND BONE MARROW SOUP

Bahan/ingredients:
Baso siap makan. Ready to served Meatball.
1 pak sumsum sapi, potong 2 cm. 1 pack bone marrow, cut 2 cm
1 btg bawang daun, iris. 1 stalk green onion slice.
Bawang goreng. Fried shalot.
1500 ml water. 1500 ml air
8 buah ceker ayam. 8 pcs chicken feet

Bumbu utk sup/spice for soup:
6 siung bwg putih. 6 cloves garlic.
2 buah bwg merah. 2 pcs shallot.
¼ sdt lada bubuk. ¼ tsp ground pepper.
3 sdt garam (sesuaikan). 3 tsp salt (to taste).
2 sdm minyak sayur. 2 tbsp veggie oil.

Cara/methods:
1.Rebus air dan masukkan ceker ayam, masak dgn api kecil. Boiling water and add chicken feet, cook using low heat.
2. Haluskan dan tumis bumbu utk sup hingga harum dan masukkan dlm sup bersama minyaknya. Ground and saute spicea for sup until fragrant and add into soup with the oil.
3. Masukkan baso dan sumsum.
Add meatball and bone marrow.
4. Siap disajikan dgn taburan bwg daun dan bwg goreng serta sambal. Ready to served, sprinkle with green onion and fried shallot with sambal.

Note:

Bisa ditambah mie, soun or bihun. Can be serve with noodle, glass noodle or vermicelli
