Sate Babi Bumbu Merah – Pork Satay w/Red Spices

Bahan/Ingredients:
1000 gr daging babi satean/kapsim, potong dadu. 1000 gr pork, cut on dice.

Bumbu halus/ground spices:

4 cabe merah buang biji. 4 big red chili seedless.
6 siung bwg putih. 6 cloves garlic.
2 buah bwg merah. 2 pcs shallot.
½ buah air jeruk nipis. ½ pcs lime juice.
1 sdm ketumbar bubuk. 1 tbsp powdered coriander.
2 sdm gula merah. 2 tbsp brown sugar.
Garam dan lada secukupnya. Some salt and pepper.

Cara/methods:
1. Haluskan dan tumis bumbu hingga harum, biarkan dingin. Ground and saute until fragrant the spices, let cold.
2. Campur bumbu dan daging babi, simpan di kulkas semalam. (minimal 4 jam). Mix spice and pork, refrigerated a nite (minimal 4 hours)

3. Panggang dan siap disajikan. Grill and ready to served

Note:
1. Bumbu ini cocok utk sate ayam dan daging sapi (pilih has dalam). This spice is suitable for chicken satay or beef satay (choose tenderloin part)
2. Utk sate daging, tambahkan 2 sdt nanas parut, spy daging empuk. For beef satay, add 2 tsp grated pineapple, so that the beef tender.
3. Kalo utk anak2 bisa tambahkan buah tomat segar. For kids can add 2 fresh tomatoes
