Nasi Goreng Bumbu Kare – Fried Rice w/Curry Spices

Bahan/ingredients:
2 porsi nasi putih. 2 pax rice
200 gr daging ayam/kambing potong dadu. 200 gr chicken/lamb, cut on dice.
2 sdt bubuk kare. 2 tsp powderes curry.
Garam secukupnya. Some salt.
4 siung bwg putih, cincang. 4 cloves garlic, chop.
2 buah bwg merah, cincang. 2 pcs shallot, chop.
1 btg bwg daun, iris. 1 stalk green onion, slice.
2 butir telor bebek, kocok lepas. 2 pcs duck eggs, beaten.
2 butir telur kampung, goreng mata sapi. 2 pcs farmer egg, fried sunny setup.
2 sdm minyak sayur. 2 tbsp veggie oil.
Cabe rawit sesuai selera. Chilipadi to taste

Cara/methods:
1.Panaskan minyak, tumis bwg merah dan bwg putih hingga harum. Heat oil, saute shallot and garlic until fragrant.
2. Masukkan daging tumis hingga berubah warna, sisihkan di tepi wajan, masukkan telur bebek, diamkan 1-2 menit, aduk. Add chicken/lamb saute until changing color, set aside on wok, add beaten duck egg, let stan 1-2 minutes, stir.
3. Masukkan nasi, bumbu kare dan garam, aduk rata. Masukkan bwg daun dan cabe, aduk. Add rice, powdered curry and salt, stir welk. Add green onion and chilipadi.
4. Sajikan dgn telor mata sapi. Served with sunny setup.
