SPICY KIMCHI RAMYUN

Utk 4 org. For 4 pax.

Bahan/ingredient:
300 gr daging sukiyaki (bisa diganti daging ayam or babi) 300 gr sukiyaki beef(can be change with chicken or pork)
400 gr mie telur kering (cap apolo). 400 gr dry egg noodle (apollo brand)
1000 ml kaldu. 1000 ml broth.
1 buah bwg bombay, iris. 1 pcs onion, slice

Bumbu/seasoning:
4 siung bwg putih, cincang. 4 cloves garlic, chop.
2 cm jahe muda, parut. 2 cm grated young ginger.
2 sdm kecap ikan. 2 tbsp fish sauce.
2 sdm kecap raja rasa. 2 tbsp raja rasa soy sauce.
2 sdm kecap asin. 2 tbsp spy sauce.
Garam dan lada secukupnya. Some salt and pepper.
1 sdm mirin korea. 1 tbsp korean mirin.
1 sdm cabe bubuk. 1 tbsp powdered chili.
200 gr kimchi. 200 gr kimchi.
3-4 sdm pasta gochujang. 3-4 sdm gochujang paste.

Pelengkap/complimentary
4 btg kucai, potong. 4 stalk chives, cut
1 pak jamur Shimeji. 1 pack shimeji mushroom.
Biji wijen. Sesame seed.
1/4 btg wottel, potong korek api. 1/4 stalk carrot, jullian.

Cara/methods:
1.. Rebus mie dan saring. Boiling noodle and strain.
2. Tumis bwg putih dan bwg bombay hingga harum, masukkan bumbu lain dan kaldu. saute garlic and onion until fragrant, add other seasoning and broth
3. Penyajian/how to served:
Siapkan mangkuk. Taruh mie diatasnya, letakkan irisan daging sukiyaki diatasnya dan siram dgn kaldu mendidih, tata pelengkap dan taburi biji wijen. Prepare bowl, put noddle on a bowl, add sukiyaki beef and pour with hot broth, put the conplimentary and sprinkle with sesame seed.
