Bahan/ingredients:
500 gr daging paha ayam, potong. 500 gr chicken thigh cut.

Bumbu perendam/marinate seasoning:
4 siung bwg putih parut. 4 cloves garlic, grated.
1 sdt jahe parut. 1 tsp grated ginger.
1 sdm sake. 3 tbsp sake
2 sdt mirin. 2 tsp mirin.
1 sdm shoyu kikkoman. 1 sdm kikkoman soy sauce.
½ sdm minyak wijen. ½ tbsp sesame oil.

Bahan tepung/flour batter:
1 btr telur, kocok lepas. 1 pcs egg, beaten.
¼ cup maizena. ¼ cup cornstrach.
⅓ cup tpg terigu. ⅓ cup flour
2 sdm tpg roti. 2 tbsp breadcrumb.
½ sdt baking powder. ½ tsp baking powder.
Lada dan garam secukupnya. Some Pepper and salt
Air es. Cold water

Cara/method:
1. Campur daging ayam dgn bumbu perendam, diamkan selama 1 jam. Marinated chiken and let stand for 1 hour.
2. Campur bahan tepung. Mix well the batter
3. Panaskan minyak (deepfry). Celupkan daging ayam ke adonan tepung dan masukkan dlm minyak panas, goreng smp kecoklatan, angkat dan tiriskan. Heat oil, dipped chicken into batter, and add into the hot oil, fried until golden brown and strain.
4. Sajikan panas. Served hot
