HIPIO SALAD

Bahan/ingredients:
2 buah hipio kering, rendam air panas dan potong kecil. 2 pcs dry hipio soak on hot water and small cut.

¼ buah paprika kuning potong kecil. ¼ pcs yellow bell pepper, small cut.
¼ buah paprika merah potong kecil. ¼ pcs red bell pepper small cut.
¼ buah bwg bombay, potong kecil. ¼ pcs onion, small cut
4 buah jamur hioko kering, rendam, potong kecil. 4 pcs dry hioko mushroom, small cut.
2 btr telur kocok lepas. 2 pcs eggs, beaten
3 siung bwg putih, cincang. 3 cloves garlic, chop.
2 sdm minyak sayur. 2 tbsp veggie oil.
Biji wijen. Sesame seed
Sayur letuce. Lettuce.

Bumbu/Seasoning:
½ sdm saus tiram. ½ tbsp oyster sauce.
1 sdm kecap asin. 1 tbsp soy sauce.
2 sdt minyak wijen. 2 tsp sesame oil.
Lada hitam bubuk secukupnya. Some ground black pepper.

Cara/methods:
1.. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bwg putih dan bombay tumis hingga harum, masukkan jamur hioko, aduk, masukkan bahan lain (kecuali telr) dan bumbu aduk rata. Heat oil, add garlic and onion, saute until fragrant add hioko, stur, add other ingredients (accept egg) and seasoning.
2. Masukkan kocokan telur dan aduk rata. Add beaten egg and stir well.
3. Letakkan di atas letuce dan taburi biji wijen dan siap dihidangkan. Put on lettuce and sprinkle with sesame seed and ready to serve
