Bahan/ingredient:
400 gr daging ayam, potong. 400 gr chiken, cut.
2500 ml kaldu. 2500 ml broth.
8 buah jamur shiitake segar. 8 pcs fresh shiitake mushroom.
1 pak tahu sutra, potong. 1 pack silken tofu, cut.
1 pak jamur enoki. 1 pack enoki mushroom.
1 pak jamur shimeji. 1 pack shimeji mushroom.
2 btg bwg daun, iris serong. 2 stalks green onion, oblique.
1 pak shirataki konyaku. 1 pack shirataki konyaku.

Bumbu/seasoning:
2 cm jahe muda, parut. 2 cm grated young ginger.
4 siung bwg putih, cincang halus. 4 cloves garlic, finely chop
2 sdm kecap ikan. 2 tbsp fish sauce.
3 sdm kecap asin. 3 tbsp spy sauce.
1 sdm kecap raja rasa. 1 tbsp raja rasa soy sauce.
½ sdt lada bubuk. ½ tsp ground pepper.
Garam secukupnya. Some salt
1 sdm mirin korea. 1 tbsp korean mirin.
300 gr kimchi. 300 gr kimchi.
4 sdm pasta gochujang. 4 sdm gochujang paste.
1 sdm topanchiang. 1 tbsp topanchiang. (chinese chili redbean paste)
½ sdm minyak wijen. ½ tbsp sesame oil

Cara/methods:
1.. Didihkan kaldu, masukkan bumbu, masukkan ayam biarkan 5 menit, masukkan bahan2 lain. Boiling broth, add chicken, let stand for 5 minutes, add other ingredients
2. Sajikan panas bersama nasi hangat. Serve hot with warm rice
