Bahan/Ingredients:
80 gr tpg utk cake. 80 gr cake flour (Kunci Biru)
20 gr maizena. 20 gr cornstrach
110 gr mentega/butter dilelehkan (asal lumer aja). 110 gr melted butter (just melted)
80 gr gula (sesuaikan dgn selera). 80 gr granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
15 butir kuning telor. 15 pcs egg yolks
3 butir putih telor. 3 pcs white egg.
1½ sdt vanilla extrac, 1½ tsp extrac vanilla.
1 sdt emulsifier. 1 tsp cake emulsifier.
20 lembar keju lembaran. 20 pcs slices cheese.
250 gr butter cream
500 gr fondant.
WILTON food coloring.

Cara/method:
1.. Panaskan oven 180C. Kocok dgn kecepatan tinggi telor dan gula hingga mengembang. Turunkan kecepatan mixer di terendah masukkan bertahap tpg dan terakhir masukkan mentega dan vanilla extrac. Prehead oven 180C. Mixer with high speed eggs and sugar until fluffy. Slow down the speed of mixer, add step by step flour and the last add melted butter.
2. Tuang di 3 loyang bulat ukuran 20 inch, loyang sdh dioles mentega. Pour into 3 round pans 20 inch which has been buttered.
3. Oven selama 20 menit.Oven for 20 minutes.
4. Keluarkan dr oven dan biarkan suhu ruang. Take out from oven, and let cold room temperatur.
5. Oles lapis pertama dgn butter cream tutup dgn keju, oles lagi dgn butter cream dan timpuk dgn lapis cake berikutnya, lakukan hingga selesai. Spread first layer with butter cream lid with cheese, topical again with butter cream and stacked with other layers of cake, do it to finish.
6. Tutup semua cake dgn butter cream tipis. Gilas fondant putih hingga halus, beri texture, tutupkan pada permukaan cake. Buat dan tempel hiasan dr fondant. Buat lubang pada cake, letakkan cangkir gelas pada lubang. Close all thin cake with butter cream . tipiskan white fondant until smooth , give texture. Close to the surface of the cake. Create and paste decoration of fondant. Make a hole in the cake, place a glass cup on a hole.
7. 10 tangkai bunga mawar segar ukuran sedang, tata dan ikat, bungkus dgn kapas basah cukup tebal pada batang mawar, bungkus dgn plastik dan almunium foil, lalu letakkan pada gelas yg sdh disediakan dlm cake. 10 sprigs fresh roses medium size, layout and tie, wrap with wet cotton thick enough to stem roses, with plastic wrap and aluminum foil and place in a glass provided on cake.

Note:

Aku pakai resep dr Spiku 10 telur per resep, nah ini cake ini menggunakan 1½ resep. I use a recipe from Spiku 10 eggs per recipe, this well using 1½ cakes recipe.
