Lontong Cap Go Meh biasa disajikan utk peringatan tgl 15 imlek oleh peranakan tionghua di jawa Timur dan jawa tengah, ini adalah perpaduan budaya China dan Jawa. sebetulnya Cap Go Meh untuk memperingati dewa tertinggi langit yg di percaya oleh penganutnya, dan di China sendiri diperingati dgn mempersambahkan makanan sterbuta dr tepung beras berbentuk bulat dan pesta lampion di malam hari.

Cap Go Meh, served for alerts on 15th Lunar by Peranakan Tionghua in East Java and Central Java, this is a cultural unity of Chinese and Javanese culture. Cap Go Meh actually to commemorate the supreme god in heaven who believed by adherents, and in China itself is celebrated with offering food made of rice flour round and party lanterns at night.

Kali ini aku buat versi yg sedikit berbe. In this time I made in different vertion.

LODEH MANISA

Bahan/ingredient:
2 buah manisa besar, iris korek api. 1 pcs squash big size, jullian slices.
1 buah tahu besar potong dan goreng ½ matang. 1 pcs big tofu, cut and fried half cook.
20 biji telur puyuh rebus. 20 pcs boiling pigeon eggs.
1 ltr santan encer dr 1/2 butir kelapa. 1 ltr light coconut milk from 1/2 pcs coconut
300 ml santan kental dr 1/2 butir kelapa. 300 ml thick coconut milk from 1/2 pcs coconut.
2 Daun salam. 2 pcs bay leaves
2 cm lengkuas , digeprek. 2 galangal, crust

Bumbu halus/ground spices:

6 bwg merah. 6 shallot
4 bwg putih. 4 gralic
4 cabe merah besar, buang biji. 4 big red chili, seedless
4 butir kemiri. 4 pcs candle nut
Garam secukupnya. Some salt.
1/4 sdt jintan. 1/4 tsp cumin
1 sdt ketumbar bubuk. 1 tsp coriander powder.
2 cm kencur. 2 cm Kaempferia Galangal/fragrant ginger.

Cara/Method:

1. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Saute ground spices until fragrant
2. Rebus santan encer hingga didih masukkan manisa. Telur puyuh rebus dan tahu. Boil light coconut milk and add squash, pigeon eggs and tofu.
3. Masukkan bumbu halus aduk dan bila sdh mendidih masukkan santan kental aduk rata dan matikan api. Add ground spices into the soup, stir and add thick coconut milk, stir well and turn off the stove.

OPOR AYAM – Chicken in Coconut Milk

Bahan/Igredients:
1 ekor ayam, potong 12 bagian. A chicken cut on 12 pcs
1 sereh, keprak. Lemongrass, crush
2 daun salam, bay leave 2 pcs
4 daun jeruk. Lime leave 4 pcs
800 ml santan encer. Light Coconut Milk
300 ml santan kental. Heavy Coconut Milk
400 ml air matang. water

Bumbu dihaluskan/ground Spices:
8 bwg merah. Shallot
6 bwg putih. Garlic
4 kemiri. Candle nut
1 cm jahe. Ginger
1 cm lengkuas. Galagal
1/4 sdt lada. Pepper
1 cm kencur. fragrant ginger/Kaempferia galangal
1 sdt ketumbar. Coriander

Cara/Method:
1. Didihkan air dan santan encer, masukkan ayam, rebus bersama sereh, daun jeruk dam daun salam. Boiled the water and light Coconut milk, add chicken, lemongrass, lime leave and bay leave.
2. Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi, masukkan ke dlm sup rebusan ayam hingga 1/2 matang. Saute the Spices until fragrant, and add into the soup, and boil until chicken half cook.
3. Masukkan santan kental, rebus hingga ayam empuk. Add heavy coconut milk and boil until chiken tender.

BALADO UDANG PETE

Bahan/ingredients:
Balado Udang Petai – Balado Shrimp Petai

Bahan/ingredients:
100 gr petai. 100 gr petai.
250 gr udang. 250 gr shrimp

Bumbu halus/ground spices:

6 buah bwg merah. 6 pcs shallot.
3 siung bwg putih. 3 cloves garlic.
2 buah kemiri. 2 pcs candle nut.
3 cabe merah besar. 3 pcs red pepper.
1 buah tomat. 1 pcs tomatoes
3 cabe rawit. 3 chilipadi
1/2 sdt terasi. 1/2 tsp shrimp paste.
1/2 sdm gula merah. 1/2 tbs brown sugar.
1 sdm air asam jawa. 1 tbs java tamarin water.

Cara/methods:
1. Kupas udang. Peel the skin of shrimp
3. Haluskan dan tumis bumbu halus. Ground and saute ground spices until fragrant.
4. Masukkan udang dan petai, aduk rata dan masak 5 menit. Add shrimp, potato, petai, stirwell and cook for 5 minutes.

Pelengkap/complimentary:
Kedelai bubuk. Powdered soy.
Ebi bubuk. Powdered dry shrimp.
Bawang merah goreng. Fried shallot.
Sambal.
Lontong/ketupat. Banana wrapped rice cake.
