MISUA AYAM TAHU – MISUA CHICKEN TOFU

Bahan/ingredients:
2 ikat misua, rebus dan tiriskan. 2 buckle misua, boiling and strain.
50 gr daging ayam potong kecil2, bumbui kecap kikkoman dan saus tiram. 50 gr chicken, small cut, marinate with kikoman shoyu and oyster saus.
20 gr tahu sutra potong kecil. 20 gr egg silken tofu, small cut.
1 bwg putih, cincang.
2 sdt minyak olive.
1000 kaldu ayam di bumbui bwg putih dan garam. 1000 chicken broth add garlic and salt.

Cara/method:
1.. Letakkan misua rebus di dlm mangkuk. Put boiling misua on bowl.
2. Panaskan minyak. Masukkan bwg putih tumis hingga harum masukkan ayam dan beri kaldu bertahap. Heat oil, ads garlic saute until fragrant, add chicken and broth step by step.
3. Masukkan tahu, aduk dan beri sedikit kaldu, aduk hingga air menyusut. Add tofu, stir and add some broth, stir until broth reduce.
4. Taruh diatas misua, dan siram dgn kaldu atau sajikan dgn kaldu terpisah. Add onto misua and pour chicken broth or served with seperated broth.

Note:
Utk sajian bagi penderita thypus. To be serve for people who got thypoid.
