TUMIS BABY BUNCIS & TEMPE – SAUTEED BABY GREEN BEANS & TEMPEH

Bahan/ingredients:
300 gr tempe, potong, goreng, and sisihkan. 300 gr tempeh, cut, fried and set aside
200 gr buncis, potong, cuci, rebus 1 menit, tiriskan. 200 gr green beans, cut, wash, boil for 1 minutes, strain.
3 buah bwng merah, iris tipis. 3 pcs shallot, finely slice.
2 siung bwng putih, iris tipis. 2 pcs garlic, finely slice.
1 cm lengkuas, keprak. 1 cm galangal, crust.
2 buah cabe rawit merah, iris serong. 2 pcs red chilli padi, oblique.
4 lbr daun jeruk. 4 pcs lime leave.
2 sdm air asam. 2 tbsp tamarin juice.
2 sdm kecap manis. 2 tbsp dark sweet soy sauce.
Garam secukupnya. Some salt.
30 ml air panas. 30 ml hot water.
2 sdm minyak sayur. 2 tbsp veggie oil.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak, mskkan daun jeruk, lengkuas, bwng merah dan bwng putih. Tumis hingga harum. Heat oil, add lime leaves, galangal, shallot and garlic, saute until fragrant.
2. Masukkan buncis, tempe, kecap manis, garam, air asam dan air, aduk rata, tumis hingga air menyusut, angkat. Add green beans, tempeh, dark sweet soy sauce, tamarin juice and water, stir well, saute until reduced the water.
