TUMIS SEI DAUN JERUK – SAUTED SMOKED PORK/SEI LIME LEAVES.

Bahan/ingredients:
500 gr sei (babi asap ala Kupang), iris. 500 gr sei (smoked pork ala Kupang), slice.
2 buah cabe merah besar, iris. 2 pcs red chilli, slice
2 buah cabe hijau besar, iris. 2 pcs green chili slice.
5 buah cabe rawit. 5 pcs chilipadi.
4 buah bwg merah, iris. 4 pcs shallot, slice.
3 siung bwg putih. 3 cloves garlic, slice.
10 lbr daun jeruk, iris halus. 10 pcs lime leaves, finely slice.
Sejumput garam. A pitch of salt.
1 sdm minyak sayur. 1 tbsp veggie oil.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak tumis bwg merah dan putih hingga harum, masukkan cabe daun jeruk dan garam, aduk. Heat oil, saute shallot and garlic until fragrant, add chili, lime leaves and salt, stir.
2. Masukkan sei, aduk rata dan siap disajikan. Add sei/smoked pork, stir well and ready to served.
