KOLOMBIJTKOEK – KLEMBEN

Bahan/ingredients:
5 butir telur. 5 pcs eggs
150 gr gula pasir (aku hanya pakai 75gr, krn ditabur mese). 150 gr granulated sugar (I use 75 gr, because I coating the cake with rice choco)
100 gr tpg cake (kunci biru). 100 gr cake flour (kunci biru)
1/2 sdt garam. 1/2 tsp salt
2 sdm minyak sayur. 2 tbsp veggie oil
1 sdt vanilla extract. 1 tsp vanila extract

Taburan/topping:
Meses coklat. Rice choco.
Mentega utk memoles cake. Butter for coating cake.

Cara/methods:

1. Oles loyang bulat diameter 20inch tinggi 8cm dgn minyak sayur. Spread with veggie oil, round pan 20 inch high 8cm
2. Panaskan oven 180C. Preheat oven 180C. Preheat oven 180 C.
3. Kocok dgn kecepatan tinggi gula dan telur hingga mengembang, masukkan vanilla extract. Micer high speed sugar and egg until fluffy, add vanila extract.
4. Masukkan sedikit2 tpg campur garam bertahap dgn dikocok dgn kecepatan plg rendah. Using slow speed mixer, add mix flour and salt.
4. Masukkan 2 sdm minyak, kocok dgn slow speed. Add 2 tbsp veggie o, mixer slow speed.
5. Tuang dlm loyang dan oven 45 menit. Pour into pan and bake for 45 minutes.
6. Keluarkan dr oven dan biarkan dingin. Take out form oven and lets cold.
7. Oles seluruh permukaan cake dgn mentega dan taburi meses dan hias sesuai selera. Coating with butter and cover with rice choco.

Note:
Boleh juga dgn topping cheese cheddar parut. Can be cover with grated cheese.
