LEMON MARBLE SOFT CAKE

Bahan/ingredients:
6 btr kuning telur. 6 pcs egg yolks
60 gr tepung terigu utk cake. 60 gr cake flour
20 gr tepung custard. 20 gr custard flour.
2 sdm susu bubuk. 2 tbsp powdered milk.
¼ sdt garam. ¼ sdt salt.
1 sdm air lemon. 1 sdm lemon juice.
40 ml minyak canola. 40 ml canola oil.
80 ml krim kental. 80 ml heavy cream. (Elle & Vire)
Kulit lemon parut dr 1 buah lemon. Lemon zest from 1 pcs lemon.

6 btr putih telur. 6 pcs white eggs
100 gr gula halus. 100 gr castor sugar

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan oven 180C, masukkan loyang yg lbh besar dr loyang utk adonan isi dgn air. Campur dan ayak tepung utk cake, tpg custard, susu bubuk dan garam, masukkan lemon zest, aduk dan sisihkan. Preheat oven 180C, put a larger baking dish from pan to the dough, fill with water Mix and sift cake flour, custard flour powdered milk and salt, add lemon zest and set aside.
2. Siapkan loyang bulat/kotak 20cm. (aku pakai loyang bongkar pasang), oles dgn butter dan taburi tipis dgn tepung, bungkus bagian luar loyang dgn almunium foil, sisihkan. Prepare round pan/square pan size 20 cm. (I use springfrom pan) greaze with butter and gently sprinkle with flour, wrap the outside of the pan with aluminum foil, set aside.

3. Kocok kuning telur dgn whisk 2 menit, masukkan krim kental, aduk, masukkan minyak sayur, aduk, dan masukkan bertahap sambil diaduk campuran tepung, aduk. Sisihkan. Beaten egg yolk with whisk for 2 minutes, add heavy cream, stir, add canola oil, stir, and add and stir step by step mix flour, stir. Set aside.
4. Kocok putih telur hingga berbuih, masukkan bertahap gula, kocok hingga kaku. Beat the egg whites until foamy, gradually enter the sugar, beat until stiff.
5. Masukkan bertahap adonan putih telur ke dlm adonan kuning telur, aduk dgn whisk perlahan. Add step by step white egg batter into egg yolk batter, whisk gently.
6. Ambil 6 sdm adonan tambahkan 1 sdt coklat bubuk, aduk rata. Take out 6 tbsp the batter and mix with 1 tsp powdered chocolate.
7. Tuang dalam loyang ½ bagian adonan, beri beberapa sendok adonan coklat, buat motif dgn sumpit, tuang sisa adonan dan beri sisa adonan coklat buat motif lagi dan letakkan pada loyang yg berisi air dan oven selama 50- 60 menit (spt dikukus). Pour half of the batter to the pan and add cocoa powder. Make swirls with a chopstick. Pour the rest of the batter and give some of the choco batter and make swirls again. Put this pan on top of a pan filled with water and then oven for 50-60 minutes (steam method).
8. Keluarkan loyang dr oven, lepaskan loyangnya. Dinginkan dan potong, siap utk disajikan. Take out the pan from oven, remove the pan edge, keep cold, cut and ready to served.
