MIE AYAM SPECIAL – SPECIAL CHICKEN NOODLE

Bahan/ingredients:
500 gr Mie. 500 gr noodle.
Minyak babi atau minyak bawang putih. Lard or garlic oil.

Bahan ayam/chicken ingredients:
½ ekor ayam, rebus, ambil dagingnya, potong dadu kecil. ½ pcs chicken, boiling, take out just chicken meat, small chuck.
½ kaleng Jamur, iris. ½ can mushroom slice
3 siung bwg putih, cincang. 3 cloves garlic, chop.
Bumbu/seasoning:
1 sdm saus tiram. 1 tbsp oyster sauce.
1 sdm kecap manis. 1 sdm dark sweet soy sauce
½ sdm kecap raja rasa. ½ tbsp raja rasa soy sauce.
1 sdm kecap jamur. 1 tbsp mushroom soy sauce.
½ sdt lada bubuk. ½ tsp ppwdered pepper.
½ sdm minyak wijen. ½ tbsp sesame oil.
200 ml kaldu ayam. 200 ml chicken broth

Pangsit Rebus/boiling wonton:
Kulit pangsit. Wonton skin
100 gr udang kupas, cincang. 100 gr chopped shrimp.
100 gr daging ayam, cincang. 100 gr chopped chicken.
Bumbu/seasoning:
Lada dan garam, secukupnya. Some pepper and salt.
½ sdt minyak wijen, ½ tsp sesame oil.
1 sdt kecap ikan. 1 tsp fish sauce.
2 sdt kecap asin. 2 tsp soy sauce.

Cara/method:
1. Cara masak ayam jamur/how to cook chicken musroom: Tumis bwg putih, masukkan ayam, jamur dan semua bumbu serta kaldu, masak hingga kaldu menyusut. Saute garlic, add chicken meat, mushroom and seasoning, and than chicken broth. Cook until chicken broth reduced.
2. Utk kuah/for soup: 2 siung bwg putih, keprak, 1 cm jahe, lada dan garam secukupnya. Add 2 clove crust garlic, 1 cm ginger, some pepper and salt.
3. Cara membuat pangsit/how to make wonton: campur semua bahan dan bumbu, aduk rata, bungkus dgn kulit pangsit dan rebus, sisihkan. Mix all ingredients and seasoning, stir well wrapped with wonton skin and boiling, set aside.
4. Cara saji/how to served: Mie, rebus, taruh dimangkuk yg sdh diberi 1 sdm minyak babi/minyak bwg putih, ½ sdm kecap asin (sesuaikan) dan lada
Aduk rata, beri ayam dan jamur, pangsit, dan taburi bwg daun dan bawang goreng. Boiling noodle, place o. A bowl add 1 tbsp lard/garlic oil, ½ tbsp soy sauce (to taste) and some pepper, stir well, add chicken and mushroom, wonton, and sprinkle with green onion and fried shallot.
5. Sajikan panas dgn sup. Serve hot with soup.
