SATE ASIN & PEDAS – SALTY & SPICY SATAY

Bahan/ingredients:
1 kg daging babi kamsim/satean (atau daging ayam) 1 kg pork for satay.(or chicken). Kali ini aku pakai daging paha ayam. In this time I used chicken tigh.

Bumbu/seasoning:
4 buah cabe merah. 4 pcs red chili.
6 buah bwg merah. 6 pcs shallot.
4 siung bwg putih. 4 cloves garlic.
1 cm jahe parut. 1 cm grated ginger.
1 sdt garam (sesuaikan). 1 tsp salt (to taste).
1 sdt ketumbar bubuk. 1 tsp powdered coriander

Olesan/glaze:
4 sdm mentega. 4 tbsp butter. (blueband)
1 siung bwg putih diparut. 1 cloves grated garlic.
1 buah jeruk limau. 1 pcs limau.

Cara/methods:
1. Daging babi/ayam, potong kotak. Pork/chicken, chuck
2. Haluskan dan tumis bumbu kecuali jeruk nipis. Ground and saute seasoning accept lime.
3. Campur bumbu dan daging, diamkan semalam di kulkas dan tusuk dgn tusuk sate. Mix seasoning and pork, refrigerated a nite and skew the pork.
4. Proces dgn airfryer selama 15 menutes suhu 180C. Process with airfryer for 15 minutes and temperature 180c.
5. Campur bahan olesan. Mix glaze ingredients
6. Oles dgn mentega dan proces lagi dgn air fryer suhu 180C selama 5 menit. Glazed with butter, and process again with airfryer with temperature 180C for 5 minutes.

Note:
Kalo suka dada ayam, saat membubui tambahkan 1sdm tpg sagu spy saat matang mulus dimulut…..lembut. If you like chicken breast, add 1tsp of cornstarch to the marinade so it will be soft after it’s cooked
