VANILLA CHOCO MARBLE CAKE

Bahan/Ingrediens:
3 butir telur. 3 pcs eggs.
150 gr gula. 150 gr sugar.
150 gr mentega tawar leleh. 150 gr melted unsalted butter. (anchor)
130 gr tepung rendah protein. 140 gr low protein flour. (kunci biru)
20 gr tepung custard. 20 gr custard flour.
1 sdt vanila. 1 tsp vanila exrract.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
2 sdt air lemon. 2 tsp lemon juice.
2 sdm coklat bubuk. 2 sdm powdered choco.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan oven 180C. Alasi loyang loaf 20×10 dgn kertas roti. Oles dgn mentega, sisihkam Preheat oven 180 C. Cover loaf pan 20×10 with baking paper, grease with butter set aside.
2. Campur dan ayak terigu, tpg custard, garam. Mix and sift flour, custard flour and salt.
3. Kocok dgn kecepatan tinggi gula dan telur hingga mengembang (4 menit saja dgn KitchenAid) Mixer high speed sugar and egg until fluffy. (4 minutes using KitchenAid)
4. Turunkan kecepatan plg rendah, masukkan campuran bahan kering bertahap, masukkan mentega, vanila dan air lemon. Slow down mixer, add mix dry ingredients step by step, add butter, vanila extract and lemon juice.
5. Bagi 2 adonan, campur salah satu bagian adonan dgn coklat bubuk. Seperate batter into 2 part, mixed one part of batter with powdered choco, stir well.
6. Tuang ⅓ bagian adonan putih, tuang adonan coklat dan buat motif dgn sumpit. Pour ⅓ part white batter, pour choco batter and make swirl with chopstick.
7. Tuang lg sisa adonan putih dan adonan coklat, buat motif lagi. Pour remaining white batter and choco butter, swirl again.
8. Oven selama 20 menit, dibag bawa oven letakkan loyang berisi air panas. Bake for 20 minutes, on the buttom of oven place pan filled with hot water.
9. Keluarkan loyang berisi air, dan lanjutkan mengoven selama 25 menit dgn suhu 180C. Take out pan filled with hot water and continue bake for 25 minutes and temperature 180C.
10. Keluarkan dari oven biarkan dingin 60% dan keluarkan dr loyang. Take put from oven and lets cold 60% and take out from the pan.
