IKAN BAKAR MANGGA MUDA BUNGKUS DAUN KUNYIT – GRILLED FISH YOUNG MANGO WRAPPED TURMERIC LEAVES

Bahan/ingredients:
2 ekor ikan tenggiri kecil. 2 pcs mackerel,
2 lbr daun kunyit. 2 pcs turmeric leaves.
1 buah mangga muda, potong korek api. 1 pcs young mango, jullien.
Benang dapur. Yarn kitchen .

Bumbu/spices:
4 buah bwng merah. 4 pcs shallot.
3 siung bwg putih. 3 cloves garlic.
1 buah kemiri. 1 pcs candle nut
4 lbr daun jeruk, iris halus. 4 pcs lime leaves, finely slices.
2 buah cabe merah besar. 2 pcs red chili.
5 buah cabe rawit(boleh tdk pakai). 5 pcs chilipadi. (optional)
½ sdm gula merah.
1 sdt ketumbar bubuk. 1 tsp powdered coriander
Garam secukupnya. Some salt.

Cara/method:
1. Bersihkan ikan, belah perutnya dan sisihkan. Wash fish, cut the stomach and set aside.
2. Haluskan bumbu dan campur dgn mangga muda. Ground spices and mix with young mango.
3. Masukkan sebagian bumbu mangga dan lumurkan pada perut ikan. Bungkus dgn daun kunyit dan ikan dgn benang dapur. Stuffed mango spice on stomatch fish, and cover all fish wrapped fish with turmeric leave and tied with yarn kitchen.

4. Bakar diatas api. Dan sajikan panas. Grilled on fire. And serve hot.
